Teras Interventions and Counseling is a grassroots nonprofit dedicated to promoting social justice through accessible, affordable, and culturally informed counseling and social services for the people of Multnomah County and beyond.
Our highest priority is ensuring the safety of adults and children who have been abused or are at risk of abuse.

Comprehensive DUII Diversion Program
Our DUII Diversion program meets all state-mandated education requirements while embracing a whole-person treatment philosophy. At Teras Interventions and Counseling, we treat you as an individual, not just a case number.
